Borough of Montvale Municipal Court
The Pascack Joint Municipal Court is the local court serving the borough of Montvale. This joint jurisdiction court serves the Tri-Boro communities of Pascack Valley. These include Park Ridge and Woodcliff Lake, along with Montvale. This arrangement originated in April 2011 and will remain in effect until at least December 31, 2018. Montvale acts as the lead agency, providing the facilities, personnel and resources within the Montvale Municipal Building.
