As of April, 2011, this borough’s municipal court became part of the Pascack Joint Municipal Court. Located in Montvale, this joint court is responsible for local legal violations that occur within the geographic boundaries of three municipalities within Pascack Valley – Park Ridge, Woodcliff Lake and Montvale. The court adjudicates matters involving traffic and motor vehicle offenses, disorderly persons charges and ordinance violations originating in the covered boroughs. These violations may run the gamut from speeding and driving while suspended to DWI, simple assault and battery.
